Noa is a physiotherapist from Israel. She received her bachelor degree in physiotherapy from Zefat University in 2015, and is currently completing her MSc degree in paediatric physiotherapy at University College London.
Clinical areas of interest: paediatrics (neurological, MSK & sport, child development), neurological rehabilitation.
Noa has worked in the UK as well as in Israel, within a number of clinical settings (Herzog Hospital, Oxford Centre for Enablement, Oxphysio Private Practice), which included musculoskeletal, respiratory, neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, as well as psychiatry. Within these settings, Noa has worked with a variety of age groups, from new-borns to pensioners. Noa believes that functional rehabilitation is a major factor to helping a patient return to an optimal level of performance, however pilates based ‘mind & body’ exercises may be necessary in order to reach that level. She aims to combine patients’ perceptions and daily routines within the treatment process, along with educating them to as why the injury has occurred and how to prevent recurrence. Noa enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life and to reach their goals, aiming to affect positively both their psychological and emotional health, as well as their physical condition.
