Insurance Guidelines

Anatomie Healthcare Limited is registered with all major private medical insurers. To make the administrative process as smooth as possible we are able to invoice most insurers directly for the cost of your treatment.

1. Some treatments may not be covered therefore it is imperative that you contact your insurer to confirm the extent of your cover and obtain authorisation BEFORE you commit yourself to any expense applies.

2. Ask your insurer of you need a GP referral. If so obtain a referral before you attend your physio appointment .

3. If your require us to directly invoice your insurer you must provide us PRIOR to your first treatment with the following information:-

(i) Name of insurer and policy name
(ii) Membership of policy number
(iii) Treatment authorisation code number

IMPORTANT - If you are unable to provide this information in full you will be required to pay for your treatment at the end of each session until you are able to do so.

Whilst we are able to invoice your insurer, the payment of all fees remains your sole responsibility and you should ensure that you adhere to all your insurers requirements so that your claim is settled promptly.

Should insurers decline or unreasonably delay payment you will be required to personally provide immediate settlement of your account and seek reimbursement from your insurer.
